We see the T-Shirt as a valuable piece of clothing despite its widespread availability. The added value is not just created by the overprint or the label, but includes the entire development and production. The choice, the use and the processing of raw materials, the mode of production, as well as the effects on people, society and the environment at all stages of the production are as important as an ambitious and good design of the end product. This way Amon Clothing does not merely want to shape an increased awareness of the consequences of consumption, but rather aims to show that a high standard of design and quality is compatible with a highly sustainable approach.

All materials necessary for the production are carefully selected and only the most sustainable solutions are considered.

It is our aim to use all materials in such ways to ensure a sustainable process as far as possible. In doing so nothing essential for a good T-Shirt is abandoned, but more responsibility and awareness is actively encouraged. All business partners are carefully selected regarding quality as well as sustainability. It is our priority to work with small and medium-sized, local and regional businesses, which also helps to reduce long transportation.

The first edition called „Get In Shape“ is available from March 3rd 2009. Further editions with limited stocks of new shirts will be available once a year. Each edition has its own theme and its own colour, complemented by black and white. They will be expanded with basics and accessoires in tune with the current theme and season.
